Kobyakov<\/strong>, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the International Photo Contest\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Woman Farmer: Faces of the Earth&#8221;<\/strong>, Director of the FAO Liaison Office with the Russian Federation, has delivered a welcome address to all those who have decided to take part in this large-scale project.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The year 2026, declared by the UN as the\u00a0<strong>International Year of Women Farmers<\/strong>, aims to draw attention to the crucial role of women in ensuring food security and developing rural areas.
